Responsibilities
  • Provide support to programme/project development and planning
  • Ensure programme management, monitoring and delivery of results
  • Provide technical and operational support to programme
  • Ensure networking and partnership building
  • Ensure innovation, knowledge management and capacity building
Requirements
  • Advanced university degree in Child Protection, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field
  • Five years, minimum, of relevant professional work experience in child protection
  • Experience working in a developing country (highly desirable)
  • Experience in supervising a small team (highly desirable)
  • Documented experience working in the area of access to justice, birth registration and prevention and response to violence against girls and boys (preferred)
  • Experience in supervising cross-sectoral programmes is an asset
  • Background and/or familiarity with emergency is an asset
  • Fluency in English
