World Vision International is seeking to fill the role of Network Telecommunications Lead Engineer (NTLE)

Responsibilities

  • Designate direction for LAN/WAN, internet, wireless, and remote access services
  • Participate in short- and long-term planning to meet requirements
  • Work with client teams to gather requirements
  • Create and collaborate with cross functional teams to come up with documents that can be implemented
  • Determine requirements impact on existing architecture, work processes and systems
  • Ensure proper communication/review of requirements and integration for impacted areas
  • Participate in technical design review of applicable global projects
  • Explain to non-SMEs how proposed solution will support requirements
  • Coordinate and lead the deployment and review of new, modified or enhanced system hardware and software components or services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • CCNA or equivalent work experience
  • Five years, minimum, of relevant I.T. work experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (as necessary)
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
